RETOURS en cas de rétractation:
Merci de nous contacter par mail avant tout retour.
Ensuite vous devrez renvoyer impérativement en RECOMMANDÉ (c'est-à-dire avec N° de suivi du colis et assurance R2 intégrée obligatoirement), l(es)'article(s) dans leur pochette en tissu, protégé(s) par du papier bulle, sous un délai de 14 jours à partir de sa (leur) réception. Au delà de ce délai nous ne serons pas en mesure de vous rembourser.

Les frais de retour restent à la charge du client.
Les remboursements d'articles retournés seront fait via le même mode de paiement initial, sous 15 jours maximum.
Tous les articles pour les retours doivent être dans l'état d'origine, et ne pas avoir été portés. Pour des raisons d'hygiène, les BOUCLES D'OREILLE ne sont PAS REPRISES.
IMPORTANT: pour les bagues (non réglables), dans le cas d'un échange de taille, l'expédition et le retour de l'article seront à la charge de l'utilisateur. Nous ne reprenons pas les tailles "rares" (en dessous de 49 mm) et les commandes personnalisées , merci de votre compréhension.

Les articles SOLDÉS ou en promotion ne sont ni repris, ni échangés.

Return Policy
Please contact blossombohemian before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts theblossombohemian and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition and protected. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and, please provide us with a TRACKING NUMBER (it's imperative) and INSURANCE.

IMPORTANT: for the rings (not adjustable), in the event of an exchange (wrong size), replacement products will be shipped at the user's expense.
And very small and uncommon size (below 49) will not be refunded or returned or exchanged.
Any article on sale will not be refunded or returned or exchanged, thanks.
For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned.
theblossombohemian will make a refund of eligible returns.
Refunds will be made via the same type of original payment.
Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. theblossombohemian is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.

Want to switch to another product?
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.

Transport Damage
We will not be held liable for loss, damage or any delays. If the product is lost, or upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, theblossombohemian reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
