COMMANDE

Après validation de votre commande, vous recevrez un email de confirmation.
L'envoi de l'article sera réalisé sous 1 à 2 jours ouvrés après prise en compte de votre commande.
Les bijoux sont tous vendus dans une pochette en tissu personnalisée.
Toutefois, dans certains cas, il est possible que j'ai besoin de quelques jours pour réaliser la pièce à la main et ensuite pour la confier à mon atelier de dorure.
Dans ce cas je vous préviens par mail.
Délai approximatif pour la réalisation du bijou: 10 jours ouvrés.

VICE DE FORME

En cas de vice de forme, merci de nous prévenir immédiatement et sous 14 jours maximum, par mail, en nous précisant la nature du problème.
Les frais de retour en Lettre Suivie vous seront remboursés.
Nous vous invitons à consulter nos conseils d'entretien afin de conserver au mieux votre bijou.
Au delà de ce délai de 14 jours, nous ne réalisons pas de réparations pour cause d'usure. Un choc subit par le bijou peut entraîner une légère ouverture d'un anneau et fragiliser le bijou. Blossom Bohemian ne peut être en aucun cas tenu responsable du mauvais entretien d'un bijou, merci de votre compréhension.

Une réparation est possible uniquement sur les grosses pièces (pour les bijoux d'une valeur supérieure à 95 euros), sous réserve que la réparation soit possible (si par exemple c'est un changement d'apprêt type anneaux, fermoirs, embouts...). Les frais de port sont à la charge du client.

Theblossombohemianboutique reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, theblossombohemianboutique has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. theblossombohemianboutique shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
